Do you think this could help local business by keeping the money circulating within the region?
Or is it just a gimmick that will never be taken up by enough people?

Hi
Thank you for your question. I am simply on WordPress.com and theme I am using is “Customised Twenty Eleven” 2011. WordPress is very easy to use and can be started for free.
I really recommend it and let me know how you get on.
Regards
Jon
